Girls' Pleated Scooter Skirt Uniform for School - Perfect for Classroom, Playtime & Everyday Wear

I like the quality of this scooter. I do feel its runs a bit on the snug side but its sturdy and hopefully will last the entire school year.Very nice skirt!Fit daughter in waist but was too long. We had to hem.I love this skort for private school uniforms but I had to order twice and return twice because the size chart wasn't helpful and the actual clothing was way too big. My preschooler is right at a 3T and 2T is getting tight so I ordered a 4T for her to grow into. The shipping was fast (for this size) and when she tried it on it fell right off. When the second order came in (really fast shipping) we tried the 3T and it was still falling off of her. I won't be ordering again only because she needs them now instead of a month from now (the shipping estimate for a size 2T). I'm really disappointed these didn't work out. The size chart DEFINITELY needs to be updated.Rough , scratchy material. Fits poorly, very straight cut.Returns have to be taken to UPS store, not Kohl's.Too big
