First of all, I thought I would look at the coat for over 100 dollars because it says right on the website that it is free returns. It doesnt say that you have to print your own label and will not do a contactless QR code in the middle of omnicron which also just so everyone knows if you dont have the necessary box, etc they will charge you.I called amazon CS to explain all these problems and was basically lied to that cs cant send us an email, cant discuss with a supervisor, etc. So basically, it wasnt a free return as stated and no transparency that its not the same "free return process" as everything else in amazon. I will say amazon has really dropped recently with their customer service, making it more difficult to get a call back and having reps not accountable for their actions because we cant talk to a supervisor.IN terms of the coat: The reason I wanted to return it in the first place1. It says XS which being a 5 ft Asian femail I was excited but it still was too big for my frame.2. It had gaudy velcro on both sleeves with a red american flag that clashed with the color but if you remove it you are just left with patches of velcro on the coat that would get strings and fuzz stuck in it if I kept it.3. The actual charging takes a full day of the battery and the warming was very mild even at the high speed.All in all NOT worth the price and not worth the hassle from amazon "customer" service to use this. Beware!Firstly this jacket fit my 8 year old daughter & I ordered it for myself a grown woman who is 5'8 150lbs. Secondly it will not work without a power source that has to be purchased separately. Read details of jacket carefully before making your purchase & size up!!5
