Belt attachments work great.I've always used mag pouches with a flap because I was paranoid about my magazines falling out while running. I am 100% positive that my mags will not fall out after even the most strenuous activity. They give you all of the benefits of a hard plastic mag pouch and the benefits of a nylon pouch with none (from what I can tell) of the drawbacks. They hold my double stack and single stack magazines equally well, although my single stacks are Glock single stacks so they are already on the chucky side. I would assume that a thinner single stack such as a 9mm or 380 1911-style would fit well enough too but I cannot confirm that. I will be buying more of these in the future as I switch my mag pouches over to these.VERY happy with this purchase
