I can't believe what a rip off this product is. I bought this back in December, but didn't actually need to use it until tonight (Feb 10). I charged both of the batteries using the supplied charger and everything looked like it was working fine. However, when I attached one battery to my camera it only showed that it was 10% charged. However, I had charged it for 3 hours. Then I put the second battery into my camera and it too said the same 10%. So, I charged them both for 2 more hours and nothing changed. Please don't get ripped off by these guys! Total bummer!
