Very stable to use even when training beginners. Easy to inflate. Most likely you will need to use something other than the supplied straps if you are hanging it from less than 10'. Used a rope cam with rubber hooks on both ends and one of the rubber straps that came with it (put tape on the things of bag and hooks of strap so it's not loud at all) to get proper tension in a 7" 3" high wall mount and used a sandbag floor anchor with taped rings to keep it in place.Very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend to any aspiring boxer.
